Connect Groups

Connect Groups are friendly, volunteer-led monthly gatherings where people build connection and community.

What to expect

Life after a concussion or brain injury can feel isolating. Research shows that connecting with peers – people with lived experience of brain injury – can ease isolation, offer encouragement, and provide practical ideas for navigating daily challenges.

Our Connect Groups are welcoming, volunteer-led gatherings held monthly.

They’re a chance to:

  • Meet others who understand
  • Share advice and encouragement
  • Engage with your community
  • Focus on doing more of what is important to you.

You don’t have to face brain injury alone. We’re here to help you find connection, hope, and support for the journey ahead.

This is an unfacilitated group and only suitable for people living independently in the community.
